Roberto has managed RPO service delivery across a broad range of global clients and prior to RPO managed operations within recruitment agency and executive search environments. Roberto’s experience ranges from delivering niche, volume, early career and contingent solutions across as wide range of sectors including Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Defense, Aerospace and Engineering. In his current position Roberto is responsible for the delivery of Rolls-Royce’s globally outsourced RPO service, with a team of 300+ AMS recruitment professionals managing circa 8,000+ hires per annum across more than 60 countries. Additionally, Roberto also leads our Project RPO and Resource Augmentation business for customers across the UK&I region. - Rebecca Hunter

Rebecca has been with AMS for over 15 years and has undertaken a variety of roles including operational RPO account management and spent over 10 years both working within and then leading AMS’ Implementation and Transformation function in UK and EMEA. She has managed the delivery of complex and global programmes for RPO and CWS clients through a team of Project Managers and Consultants. Rebecca has developed PMO and process toolkits and best in class training programmes for all levels of TA professionals. She has successfully delivered large scale internal change programmes for AMS - transforming organisational structures, developing location strategies, improving client services delivery and defining communication strategies. Rebecca holds an MSC in Human Resource Management (CIPD) and is an LSS Green Belt and APM Project Management qualified. She is passionate about driving successful organisational change through thoughtful leadership and ensuring that complex change programmes are delivered simply and excellently. - Edward Abel Smith
