Jim was appointed to AMS’s executive leadership team in 2023 as Global Managing Director, Operations. In this newly created role, Jim leads Candidate Sourcing, Administration, Contingent Workforce Solutions, Implementation and Transformation across AMS’s worldwide footprint.
His career at AMS spans 18 years and includes time spent leading client solutions in multiple sectors, as well as managing AMS’s global sourcing capabilities. In his role as Sector Managing Director, he was instrumental in establishing AMS’s thought leadership and market position in the Life Sciences sector. His considerable client focused experience brings a unique and valuable perspective to AMS’s operations.
Jim holds a bachelor’s degree from Winchester University in the UK and served for almost a decade as a school governor in his local community.
