What GRTP offers

Our Trainee Programme is an intensive 3-week experience connecting you with instructors, experts, and senior leaders from across the business. You’ll be able to benefit from mentorship, build key skills, and also enjoy some fun activities. Afterward, you’ll dive into hands-on learning as a Trainee, working with clients or our talent team, supported by a skills coach.
