The business intelligence (BI) area plays a crucial role in our organisation's reporting processes through data analytics and strong alignment and collaboration with other functions across AMS.

Consulting

The advisory and analytics teams within the consulting function assist clients in addressing specific challenges by identifying key drivers of these challenges and proposing potential solutions.

Solutions Design

This function is responsible for designing all aspects of our solutions for new clients, major renewals of existing business, and transformation efforts across our service offerings.

People Operations & Culture

Our own HR function, also known as "People Ops," provides support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, aiding both managers and their staff members in daily endeavours.

Internal Talent Acquisition

This area plays a key role in facilitating internal talent mobility while also attracting new talent. Often acting as the face of AMS, team members engage in the first conversations with external candidates.

Legal, Risk & Compliance

The mission of this function is to protect and enhance revenue by ensuring and improving compliance with legislation, contractual obligations, AMS and client policies, and international standards.

Learning & Development

Our L&D function, known internally as Talent Development, provides the resources and support that empower our organisation's employees to achieve both their personal and professional goals and aspirations.

Finance Operations

Our Finance teams are responsible for optimising financial processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments, maintaining financial records, managing liquidity, and facilitating payroll operations.

Global Facilities
